This article outlines the steps for sharing media in MediaSpace.

Collaborating

From My Media,

1. Select the videos by checking the box in the top left corner of each video thumbnail.
2. Select More Actions from the menu at the top of the screen.
3. Select Add/Remove Collaborators, then Add Collaborators.
4. Check the appropriate box - Viewer, Publisher, or Editor. To allow someone to edit captions, select Editor.
5. Search for your collaborators and add them to the list.
6. Select Add.
