December 1 – 12 – Enterprise CRM demos will be held for the vendor finalists. Anyone can attend these demos by registering here. Each session is its own zoom webinar/meeting invite. We have six dates held for potential vendor demos. The 90-minute session format will be 60 minutes for presentation/demo and 30 minutes for Q&A. The tentative schedule is as follows:
• 8:30 – 9:00 – Company and CRM Overview • 9:00 – 10:30 – Admissions (and new student marketing) • 10:30 – 12:00 – Student Success and Advising (and continuing student marketing) • 1:00 – 2:30 – IT – System Architecture and Infrastructure • 2:30 – 4:00 – Marketing* (if stand-alone)
