Using the New Content Experience
The New Content Experience is structured like the Classic Experience. However, some of the terminology changed. What used to be called Modules and Submodules are now Units and Lessons (and Folders).

Adding a Unit
A Unit is the highest level of structure. To add a new Unit:
- Select the + New Unit icon at the top of the left panel. This will open a new screen.
- Add a title.
- Optionally, add a description and availability dates.
- Save and Close.

Adding a Lesson or Folder
To add a Lesson to a Unit or a Folder to a Lesson:
- Select the Create New button from the top of the page.
- Select Lesson/Folder.
- Add a title (and optionally a description and availability).
- Save and Close.

Editing a Unit, Lesson, or Folder
To edit a Unit, Lesson, or Folder, select the 3 dots in the top right area of the page and select Edit.

Adding Elements
Additional elements can be added to a Unit, Lesson, or Folder. Select the either Add Existing or Create New in the top right area of the page.
Add Existing includes any element that already exists, including Assignments, Discussions, Quizzes, or external tools.

Create New allows you to add new elements, including assessments, pages, and links.

Adding a New Page (HTML)
To add a new page, select Create New from the top of the page, and then select Page.
Add a title, content, and any optional settings, including a page template.

Editing a Page (HTML)
To edit or delete a page, or to add elements, use the 3 dots at the top of the page.
