Using DocHub

DocHub is a media repository. This tool helps you organize files and see accessibility scoring.

DocHub can be organized with folders (Figure 1.1 below) and sorted.

Once uploaded, each file will include an accessibility score, shown as an icon in the top left corner of the thumbnail (Figure 1.2).

YuJa Panorama overview

There are four accessibility icons (Figure 2):

  1. Gray - upload and review is in progress
  2. Green - high level of accessibility
  3. Yellow - moderate level of accessibility
  4. Red - low level of accessibility

When hovering over any file, a menu will appear offering: View, Download, Share, and Delete.

Logging In

There are two options to get to DocHub:

  1. Go directly to DocHub and sign in with your StarID credentials.
  2. Use D2L Brightspace link (Technology Resources > YuJa Panorama).

Note: Non-teaching faculty and staff will come into DocHub as "students". In order to use the remediation tools, TLT will need to switch your role. Please email TLT if you wish to do this.

Uploading Files

There are two ways to upload a file into DocHub.

  1. Drag the file into the Doc Hub, wait for the "Drag Files Here to Upload" message to appear, then drop.
  2. Use the Upload button at the top of DocHub (Figure 1.1 above).

Viewing Accessibility Reports

To review the Accessibility Report, click on the thumbnail for the file. At the top of the menu, select the Accessibility Report (Figure 3 below). You will see two numbers - the first (Figure 3.1) is the Accessibility Score. The second (Figure 3.2), is the number of accessibility issues in the file.
