Summary

Microsoft Company Portal is an application on Winona State University's (WSU) Windows devices used to manage apps and access WSU resources. Mac users can obtain campus-licensed software such as Admin by Request and Papercut.

Accessing Company Portal

  1. Go to the applications folder or search your computer for Company Portal. 
  2. Sign in using your Microsoft Log in and starid password.
  • Employees: starid@minnstate.edu
  • Students: starid@go.minnstate.edu
  1. Select the Apps tab located in the middle of the app under the blue Minnesota State bar. Then select All apps. 

Select Apps

  1. Select the program that you want to install. This will also give you information about the application. 
  2. Select the Install button.

Select install

  1. It will take a few minutes to install. The install button will change to Pending, then to Downloading and then to Re-Install. You will see Installed below the Re-install button.
