All Minnesota State Microsoft 365 accounts have E-mail In-Place Archiving to auto-archive emails older than 9 months (280 days) due to storage limit adjustments by Microsoft. This affects all Winona State accounts (students, faculty, staff, emeriti, alumni, and shared mailbox accounts).
