Winona State employees can email all faculty, staff, and administrators by using the BCC field and manually entering allemployees@winona.edu. Include a note in the message stating: “This email is being shared BCC to All Employees.” To reduce inbox clutter, limit emails to two per event or announcement, and avoid attachments—links to online resources are preferred.
Emails to All-University or All-Student lists are reserved for critical communications only, such as severe weather alerts or health
