Event or Meeting Setup

Overview

Request room setup for events and meetings.

IMPORTANT : Event space set ups must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to event date. 

Users

Faculty, staff, students and administrators are eligible to request this service.

Details

Requester must first reserve an event space prior to submitting a facilities equipment and room setup request.

  • Log in to the Virtual Event Management System (EMS) to view current space availability and reserve the space or meeting room.

Event support is available during business hours. All requests outside of these hours are contingent upon staff availability and approval.
