Overview
Employees exchange their laptops when they are at the end of their 3- or 4-year lease. This is only available for employees with an end-of-lease laptop. Please contact tech support if you are unsure whether you are eligible.
Students can exchange their laptops here.
Pricing
The university pays the laptop lease for full-time professors and some staff members, but departments are responsible for the rent if you are a part-time or student employee, including adjunct professors, temporary staff members, non-academic staff members, graduate assistants, or student workers.
Rent can be billed annually or by semester to department program or cost center codes.
- HP (New) = $350 per semester
- Mac (New) = $350 per semester
- Discounted (2-year-old) HP = $225 per semester
- Discounted (2-year-old) Mac = $250 per semester
