Most updates to existing webpages are completed within 5 business days. Complex changes—such as adding or removing a webpage—or extensive revisions of a page(s) may take more time.

Urgent requests can be completed within 1 business day. To be considered an urgent request, the issue must involve an enrollment-critical webpage and one of the following must be true:

  • Facts are incorrect
  • A link is broken
  • Updates are time-sensitive

Do not choose to wait until the last minute to submit a time-sensitive request.

There is an area on the form to indicate in your directions that a change should be published at a certain time, such as "8:30am Monday" or "any time after 12pm on Dec. 5". Our team will wait to publish the changes until the window of time you've specified.
