Miscellaneous non emergency repair requests that do not require immediate attention.


Use this form if you are a new or returning student who needs to get a school laptop.


Trade in your old laptop for a newer model. This option is only for students who have an end-of-lease (2-year old) laptop. If you’re not sure if you qualify, please reach out to the tech support team.

Report running or leaking water, clogged or slow drain where water is not overflowing but contained.

Request Name Changes, Creation, Access Changes, and Deletion for Shared Mailboxes.


Request that your WSU student or employee ID is printed. This can be used by new students or employees who have never had an ID or current students/employees who need a replacement ID ($10)


Work with a graphic designer to create everything from banners to brochures.


Get new copies of a project that you previously had printed at the Print Shop.


Report a non emergency issue with a fire alarm, detectors or fire sprinkler.


Lightbulb changes, ballast replacement, other electrical related.


Assistance accessing campus email and Microsoft 365 desktop or online applications.


Submit a request for a space on campus to be cleaned.


Report heating or cooling problems. If a university space is too hot or too cold, request a temperature adjustment.


Report a technology issue and get assistance.


Order computers and technology such as Monitors, desktops and docking stations.


Use this form to request badge cards for identification purposes only, NOT official WSU ID cards (departmental, student worker badges, etc.).


Report an issue or request work related to campus lawns, plantings, sidewalks, snow or ice removal, athletic fields.


Order printer/copier paper for use in campus printers for university departments.


Use this form to let Tech Support know what your plans are for your current end-of-lease laptop—exchanging, purchasing (at graduation), keeping, or returning.
