Exchange your end-of-lease laptop for a new model. This is only available for employees with an end-of-lease laptop, please contact tech support if you're unsure if you're eligible.
Work with a graphic designer to create everything from banners to brochures.
Report heating or cooling problems. If a university space is too hot or too cold, request a temperature adjustment.
Campus office location updates for the campus directory and for Zoom phones for new employees, office moves, and employees transferring to new departments.
Repair or replacement of doors and associated hardware such as handles, door locks, etc.
Report running or leaking water, clogged or slow drain where water is not overflowing but contained.
Request for additions, changes, or removal from a sharepoint/department storage.
Request that your WSU student or employee ID is printed. This can be used by new students or employees who have never had an ID or current students/employees who need a replacement ID ($10)
Order computers and technology such as Monitors, desktops and docking stations.
Request state-owned office furniture and/or filing cabinets be moved.
Request that the department information on the Campus Directory.
Provide a digital sign file to be published across campus digital signage.
Report a non emergency issue with a fire alarm, detectors or fire sprinkler.
Report an issue or request work related to campus lawns, plantings, sidewalks, snow or ice removal, athletic fields.
Report an issue or request repair to university owned appliances such as microwaves, ovens, garbage disposal, washer, dryers.
Campus Wireless or Wired (Ethernet) Network connectivity issue on campus.
